Growth Marketing Manager

About the role

Our client is seeking a data-savvy Growth Marketing Manager to lead their brand and business development efforts into their next phase of growth. This position will be heavily focused on driving brand awareness and driving new leads. The Growth Marketing Manager will work closely with the senior leadership and sales team members to develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy. 

Core Responsibilities

  • Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and revenue growth. 

  • Demand Generation: Own all lead generation efforts. Create and execute multi-channel campaigns to generate qualified leads, nurture prospects, and support sales team goals. Leverage inbound and outbound strategies to maximize pipeline growth.

  • Content Strategy: Oversee the creation of compelling content, including white papers, case studies, blog posts, webinars, and email campaigns, to engage and educate prospects while reinforcing the company’s thought leadership.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI. Use insights to optimize marketing strategies and identify opportunities for growth.

  • Digital Marketing Oversight: Manage the company’s online presence, including website, SEO/SEM strategies, social media, and paid advertising, to ensure visibility and engagement with target audiences.

  • Brand Management: Elevate and maintain the company’s brand presence across all channels, ensuring consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity. 

  • Collaboration with Sales: Partner with sales teams to ensure seamless handoff of leads, alignment on messaging, and support for closing opportunities.

  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, prioritizing investments to maximize return and align with growth goals.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years of marketing experience. Experience in social impact or mission-driven organizations is a strong plus.

  • Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies that achieve measurable business outcomes.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in analyzing marketing performance data and translating insights into actionable strategies. Familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and marketing automation software. Experience with HubSpot is a plus. 

  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging for diverse audiences.

  • Project Management: Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Passion for Impact: A genuine interest in social impact and a desire to contribute to a mission-driven organization.

Salary and benefits

  • $70,000 - $90,000

  • Excellent benefits package
