The role

Grow for Good is seeking an organized, detail-oriented marketing professional to support our work with social impact clients. This role involves hands-on management of marketing operations within HubSpot, including maintaining contacts, building and deploying email campaigns, and developing landing pages. This role will also contribute to content marketing efforts, such as drafting high-quality one-pagers, presentations, and blog posts to support strategic marketing and sales objectives.

In this role, you work closely with the partners to help support the day-to-day functions of supporting our clients.

Core responsibilities

  • Draft and develop content to support Grow for Good’s clients’ sales and marketing initiatives, including blog posts, one-pagers, email campaigns, and presentation decks.

  • Manage day-to-day marketing operations within HubSpot, including email production, landing page creation, and basic performance reporting.

  • Organize content calendars for key marketing channels, including LinkedIn and email, to track approvals and maintain consistency of posting.

  • Assist partners with other key tasks such as project management, market research, and event coordination.

Requirements

  • Independent self-starter

  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM

  • 3+ years of experience working in B2B Marketing, SaaS experience is a plus

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills is a must

  • Experience using Canva is a plus

  • Experience with AI-based marketing tools is a plus

  • Familiarity with the nonprofit and political industry a strong plus but not required

Compensation

  • This is a contractor-level position requiring a commitment of at least three months

  • $35/hour with a guarantee of 40 hours/month; additional hours may be available.
